Responsibilities:
Prep surfaces
  • Clean, grind, and repair concrete for coatings Apply coatings
  • Mix and apply polyurea and epoxy for durability Ensure quality
  • Maintain precision for top-tier finishes Operate tools
  • Use and maintain coating equipment efficiently Follow safety protocols
  • Keep a safe and compliant workspace Communicate clearly
  • Coordinate with team members and customers Perform quality checks
  • Verify workmanship at each stage Meet deadlines
  • Complete projects on time and within budget Stay organized
  • Keep work areas clean and orderly
Qualifications:
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, grinders Ability to follow established installation process Ability to perform heavy lifting Valid driver's license Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a steady work pace Comfortable working in varying temperatures and jobsite conditions Strong understanding of concrete coatings is a plus We offer competitive pay, health and dental insurance, time off, and year-round work—because we believe in taking care of our team.
