•We are a company based in Church Hill, TN doing work throughout the country. We are looking for additional crew members for our travel crews. We are specifically looking for individuals with verifiable experience installing flooring with the skills to measure, cut flooring, glue with a trowel, patch using ardex, etc. Currently we are working on commercial projects in retail stores installing rubber entryways and polishing concrete. Prior experience with these flooring types is not required. This is consistent travel work and candidates must be willing to be gone for extended periods. 32-40​ hrs per week, depending on job assignment. We provide transportation to jobsite locations (employees must meet up for pickup/dropoff at our shop location) and we provide hotel accommodations. Employees are usually booked 2 to a room and no non-employees are permitted to accompany. Candidates should be physically able to complete normal job tasks for the flooring field.(i.e. lifting, bending, working on ground, using walk behind grinders) All employees are expected to be able to pass drug screen, have a valid drivers license, be able to legally work in US, and submit to a background check. Looking for responsible candidates who can work with a team. Hourly rate starts at a minimum 20/hr and increases depending on verifiable experience after trial period. We cannot subcontract work. All employees are paid as employees, not contractors. Candidates with experience driving with a trailer ( no special endorsement or cdl required) a major plus.

Demo existing tile if applicable, using ride on scrapers Complete surface prep including diamond grinding, vacuuming, and prime/patch Measure, cut, install rubber flooring Glue with trowel Install Transitions when applicable
