Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Epoxy Floor Technicians to join our growing team. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in doing quality work. This is a physically demanding position that involves preparing concrete surfaces and installing high-quality epoxy floor coating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings throughout the Greater Dickson, Nashville, and Clarksville areas. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by mechanically grinding to material manufacturer required levels. Mix and apply resinous coatings to include epoxy, polyaspartics, polyurea and urethane flooring systems. Follow installation procedures and company standards without cutting corners. Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Travel to job sites throughout Middle Tennessee and occasionally out of town. Qualifications No experience necessary—we provide paid training. Previous construction, flooring, painting, concrete, or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to lift 45 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable working on your hands and knees for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. High integrity, dependable, and able to follow established processes. Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Greater Nashville area. Valid driver's license preferred. Willingness to travel out of town up to 25% of the time. Willing to work occasional overtime and some weekends when projects require it. Pay:
