In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish on various flooring projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with durable, visually appealing epoxy floors that meet safety standards and client specifications. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer instructions for consistent application Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and proper curing times Perform floor refinishing tasks such as buffing, and sealing to achieve a smooth, durable finish Install various flooring materials including vinyl, hardwood, tile, and carpet where applicable in conjunction with epoxy work Maintain strict adherence to building installation safety compliance standards and site safety protocols Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on flooring installation or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling Hands-on experience with epoxy floor installation techniques and surface preparation methods Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans for precise execution Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., caulking guns, trowels) and power tools necessary for flooring projects Knowledge of building material installation including tile laying, vinyl flooring, hardwood floors, and restoration processes Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures Additional skills in concrete finishing, floor care, buffing, cabinet installation, or general handyman work are advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional flooring solutions that combine durability with aesthetic appeal!
