In this role, you will oversee the installation, restoration, and finishing of various flooring types, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will drive team performance, coordinate with clients and contractors, and uphold safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while leading a team to deliver exceptional flooring solutions that transform spaces. You must have Commercial flooring knowledge in every aspect, Carpet, Tile, Laminate, Epoxy, ETC. If you only have knowledge in LVT, this position is not for you. Duties Lead and supervise flooring installation teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications related to flooring layouts and materials Prepare work sites by setting up tools, materials, and safety equipment in compliance with building installation safety regulations Execute a variety of flooring installations including epoxy floors, hardwood, vinyl, tile laying, carpet, and floor refinishing projects Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully for precise cutting, fitting, and finishing of flooring materials Manage manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials safely during installation or restoration projects Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of building materials and supplies for each project Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on flooring installation or restoration industry background Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes related to flooring projects Hands-on experience with epoxy floor installation, hardwood floor installation, tile laying, vinyl floor installation, carpet installation, and floor refinishing techniques Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate project execution Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and specialized equipment for flooring work Knowledge of building material installation safety compliance standards across construction sites Experience in water damage restoration or remodeling projects is a plus Ability to perform caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinetry work, painting touch-ups, buffing floors, and other related tasks as needed Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards Join us as a Flooring Specialist / Foreman to lead innovative projects that enhance living and working environments!
