In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy flooring systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with durable, visually appealing epoxy surfaces while ensuring safety and precision at every step. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, flooring installation, and restoration work to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork. Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings. Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats following technical specifications and safety standards. Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute flooring layouts and designs. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install epoxy floors efficiently and precisely. Perform surface finishing tasks such as buffing, polishing, and floor refinishing to achieve a smooth, professional look. Conduct site assessments to evaluate water damage restoration needs or existing floor conditions before installation. Ensure compliance with all building material installation safety protocols during every phase of the project. Qualifications Proven experience in epoxy floor installation, flooring installation, or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, building plans, technical drawings, and interpreting specifications. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with other flooring types such as vinyl floors, hardwood floors, tile laying, carpet installation, and floor refinishing is a plus. Experience with water damage restoration or building material restoration projects is advantageous. Ability to handle manual tasks including lifting heavy materials safely while maintaining adherence to construction site safety standards. Knowledge of construction site experience including remodeling, carpentry (trim carpentry), fixture installation, cabinetry work, painting, buffing, and general handyman skills is preferred.
