We're looking for a reliable Garage Floor Coating Installer to join our staff. Job Summary As a Garage Floor Coating Installer, you will be responsible for prepping and applying durable coatings to concrete surfaces. We're looking for candidates with experience in installing epoxy or polyaspartic floor coatings, but a background in painting or construction would also be acceptable. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients Prep surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete Mix, match, and apply coating systems and finishes to floor surfaces Maintain equipment and job site organization Operate grinders, vacuums, polishers, and other construction tools Ensure a clean, safe worksite throughout the day Requirements Must be dependable, on-time, and hard-working Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Pass drug screen and background check Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work 8-10 hour days Comfortable working outdoors Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with epoxy or polyurea floor coatings Construction, painting, or flooring background Experience with equipment such as shop vacs, floor grinders, or painting tools
