Thanks for reading Duties Demolish existing bathroom fixtures and prepare spaces for remodeling projects Install walk-in showers, bathtubs, tile masonry, flooring, and related fixtures with precision and attention to detail Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and remodeling plans to ensure accurate installation according to specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble building materials Perform plumbing and electrical work necessary for fixture installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards Apply caulking, stucco, and other finishing techniques to achieve a polished look Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control and adherence to project plans Requirements Proven experience in bathroom remodeling, including tile laying, fixture installation, and surface finishing Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, ladders, and other essential equipment Experience with plumbing systems, electrical components related to bathroom fixtures, and is preferred Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital tools for construction documentation is a plus Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients throughout the project process Construction site experience with a focus on remodeling projects in residential settings Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely and follow blueprint specifications consistently Knowledge of gutter installation, framing carpentry, flooring installation, restoration techniques, and fabrication processes is advantageous Join our team if you're passionate about creating stunning bathrooms that combine functionality with style!
