We specialize in bathroom remodeling, including tub-to-shower conversions, shower and tub installations, wall systems, vanities, flooring, drywall, plumbing fixtures, and finish work. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows remodeling and takes pride in doing clean, professional work. The long-term goal is to develop a dependable crew capable of running assigned installations independently. Pay $200 per day, per installer $300 per installer for qualifying standard installs completed in one day. The one-day rate is earned when the installation is fully completed, cleaned up, and meets our quality standards. Quality comes before speed. Responsibilities Bathroom demolition and removal Install tubs and shower bases Install waterproofing/backer systems and shower wall systems Basic plumbing, including valves, drains, faucets, and fixtures Install vanities and toilets Drywall and minor framing/repair Flooring and trim installation Caulking and silicone finish work Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Protect customers' homes during construction Communicate professionally with homeowners and your crew Complete installations according to company quality standards What We Provide Professional installation tools Company work van for established crews Van maintenance Training on our installation process and products Opportunity to progress into independently running assigned installations What We're Looking For Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who already has solid construction experience.

Dependable and on time Comfortable using power and hand tools Able to perform physically demanding remodeling work Detail-oriented Comfortable working inside customers' homes Able to work efficiently as part of a 2-person crew Willing to learn our installation process Focused on quality — not cutting corners Experience with bathroom remodeling, plumbing, acrylic/solid-surface shower systems, drywall, flooring, carpentry, or similar residential remodeling work is a plus. We're looking for people who want more than a temporary construction job. As you prove your workmanship and reliability, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility, operate a company van, and run installations with your crew.
