We are looking for a skilled, reliable full-time tile installer who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent year-round projects. Responsibilities Measure, cut, lay, and grout tiles with precision on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications as described Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate underlayment or adhesive materials Assist with all related tasks such as demolition, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, and water damage restoration when needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal on-site Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tile cutting, trimming, caulking, and fixture installation Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in tile laying, flooring installation, or related construction work Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, cutters, levels, caulking guns, and power tools including drills and saws Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and industry best practices Excellent attention to detail coupled with good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working at heights This is a paid position committed to fostering growth in skilled trades.
