We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, custom built-ins, home additions, flooring, trim work, and whole-home renovations. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys serving customers with excellence. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling projects from start to finish Perform demolition, framing, trim work, drywall, painting, flooring, and general carpentry Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Follow safety procedures and company standards Complete projects with attention to detail and quality workmanship Qualifications 2+ years of construction or remodeling experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and punctual Compensation $20-$27.50 per hour based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Consistent year-round work Supportive family-oriented team environment Fill out the ONLINE application
