Job Summary

• We are a flooring and countertop installation company servicing new construction spec home builders. We work in about 20 communities throughout the Houston area. Qualifications
• We are looking for someone who has experience in residential construction. Preferably with a few years of flooring supervision. Must be bilingual
• English/Spanish Responsibilities
• Working directly with homeowners and project managers to schedule tile installs, inspections and warranty calls.

Supervise all installations Stay on schedule and help crews with time management. Ensure the installers have all of the material they need for install and be willing to pick up any shortages and deliver to field. Perform pre and post walk. Have great communication with both project managers and tile installers to ensure smooth installation and schedules. Must be able to juggle complex situations and multiple installations a week. Must be able to travel between communities and keep track of multiple addresses and installation dates. Must have a working vehicle-truck preferably Must be able to carry +
