Responsibilities Install epoxy flooring. Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as necessary. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations. Execute concrete finishing tasks as required for specific projects. Provide accurate construction estimates based on project requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong skills in following directions and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately. Commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
