We are looking for dependable professionals with hands-on experience in hardwood flooring installation, sanding, refinishing, staining, and finishing. We value quality craftsmanship, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. Subcontractors must be able to work independently, meet agreed project schedules, and maintain a clean and professional jobsite. Responsibilities Hardwood flooring installation Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing Operate professional sanders, edgers, buffers, and flooring equipment Floor preparation, edging, screening, and buffing Staining and color matching Application of sealers and finish coats Hardwood floor repairs and restoration Protect customers' homes, furnishings, and surrounding surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete projects according to agreed specifications and quality standards Requirements Professional hardwood flooring experience required Experience with sanding, staining, refinishing, and finishing hardwood floors Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must provide your own professional tools and equipment General liability insurance required Workers' compensation coverage or appropriate exemption/documentation, when applicable Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable and able to meet project deadlines Professional appearance and communication Ability to work independently or as part of a flooring crew
