Dustless Demolition & Flooring Removal Technicians

Job Description

Job Summary WC Dustless Flooring Removal & Demolition is hiring dependable team members who want more than just a labor job. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who want to learn a specialized trade, travel with our crews, and grow into leadership positions within the company. With safety in the workplace being a priority for WC Dustless, applicants and/or employees are subject to drug and alcohol testing. Responsibilities Safely remove various types of flooring including carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, rubber flooring, and epoxy coatings using specialized dustless removal equipment. Perform demolition of structures, walls, and other building components with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Assist with water damage restoration efforts by removing damaged materials and preparing sites for further remediation. Maintain clean work areas before, during and after demolition tasks to maintain a safe and organized environment. Work closely with crew leaders and customers. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in construction, demolition, flooring, remodeling, or general labor experience is preferred. Experience driving trucks and hauling trailers Leadership experience Equipment operation experience Excellent physical stamina to perform demanding demolition tasks over extended periods.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift and perform physical work throughout the day Willingness to travel for projects Ability to stay overnight when required (hotel or Airbnb provided by company) Ability to pass background checks when required by clients Positive attitude and willingness to learn
