In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials and tiles across residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your hands-on skills, and grow within the construction industry. •Pay will base on experience. experience is not required Duties Measure, cut, and prepare flooring materials and tiles according to project specifications and blueprints Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile with accuracy and attention to detail Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations Perform surface preparation tasks such as leveling, patching, caulking, and sealing floors for optimal adhesion Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal during and after installations Experience Proven experience in flooring installation, tile laying, or related construction work with a strong portfolio of completed projects Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, remodeling, and floor care techniques Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and floor repair/restoration procedures Previous work on construction sites demonstrating safety awareness and adherence to industry standards Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship in the construction industry!
