A lot of our best work happens after the doors close and before they open again. The Role We're looking for an overnight technician who can move across multiple trades in a single shift
• one night you're regrouting tile in a retail bathroom, the next you're patching a parking lot before the morning rush.

If you like variety, take pride in doing things right the first time, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder, this is the job. Our clients trust us because we show up when we say we will and we don't leave a job half-finished. That standard applies whether it's 11 PM or 6 AM. What You'll Be Doing Interior repair & finish work Tile replacement and regrout Nonslip flooring installation Drywall repair and patching Carpentry Painting Exterior & site work Concrete flat work and floor repair Masonry You'll typically handle one or two of these on any given night depending on the job — this isn't a role where you're expected to be a master of all of them on day one, but you should be comfortable picking up new trade skills over time. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in at least one of the trades above (tile, concrete, masonry, carpentry, drywall, painting, or similar) Someone who shows up

• reliably, on time, every shift.

Overnight work only functions if we can count on you being there. Comfortable working independently and making good judgment calls without a supervisor on-site Willing to learn trades outside your current wheelhouse Able to lift/move materials and be on your feet for a full shift Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between job sites Schedule Typical hours: 10:00 PM
