We're an established local flooring company looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their workmanship, works efficiently, and treats customers' homes with respect. Whether you're an experienced installer or someone with the right work ethic who wants to learn the trade, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Depending on your experience and skill level, you'll work with a variety of residential flooring projects, including: Carpet and carpet pad LVP/LVT Sheet vinyl Hardwood and engineered hardwood Ceramic/ porcelain Flooring tear-outs Subfloor preparation Transitions and shoe molding Furniture and appliance moving when required Identifying and communicating jobsite problems Keeping jobsites clean and professional Completing work orders and job paperwork accurately and promptly What We're Looking For Flooring installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Dependable and punctual with reliable attendance Takes pride in quality workmanship Works efficiently without cutting corners Able to work independently and as part of a team Professional and respectful with customers Good communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work and assigned job sites are required . Able to safely perform the physical requirements of flooring installation Willingness to learn and improve Experienced Installers If you already have experience in the flooring trade, tell us what you can do. Installers who can confidently handle jobs independently, work efficiently, communicate jobsite issues, and take responsibility for the finished product may qualify for the top end of our $17-$25/hour pay range. Lead experience is a plus, but we're also interested in experienced installers who are ready to take the next step. New to Flooring? That's okay. If you're dependable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, and willing to learn , we may be able to teach you the skills you need to build a career in the flooring trade.
