• 30/Hour Thomas Tile and Stone LLC | Powhatan / Greater Richmond, VA Thomas Tile and Stone LLC is looking for an experienced tile installer to join our growing team.

We have a strong backlog of work and are looking for someone with professional tile experience who wants steady, consistent full-time work and an opportunity to grow with our company.

Pay:

$20

• 30 per hour depending on experience, skill level, productivity, and ability to work independently. What We're Looking For
• Professional tile installation experience
• Experience installing showers, floors, walls and backsplashes
• Knowledge of proper shower preparation and waterproofing (schluter system
• Strong layout and installation skills
• Large-format tile experience is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Dependable and able to show up consistently
• Professional around homeowners, builders and other trades
• Able to follow company installation standards
• Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Compensation & Benefits
• $20•30/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability•Company work truck available for the right qualified installer•Company-paid fuel for work-related driving when using company vehicle•Full-time, consistent work•Strong backlog of projects•Company-provided setting materials and job-related supplies•Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement•Variety of residential tile projects The upper end of the pay range is reserved for highly experienced installers who can independently manage projects from preparation and layout through installation and completion while maintaining our quality standards.

We're also willing to consider someone with solid tile experience who isn't yet ready to independently run complete projects. Pay will reflect experience and ability. Our Work We primarily perform residential tile installations throughout Powhatan, Chesterfield, Richmond and surrounding areas, including:

• Custom showers
• Bathroom floors and walls
• Large-format tile
• Backsplashes
• Residential flooring
