Bathroom Installer Project Lead Puyallup, WA $25

Full-time Immediately Hiring:
Bathroom Remodel Installer:
You will work complete ADA style bathroom renovations in residential homes. You will travel to in home consultations as needed to measure / sketch the project to scale for bidding purposes and assist the Project Coordinator with construction related questions throughout the consultation, bidding and remodel process, go to scheduled jobs to complete demo and remodel, installing products in customers' homes to create safe and accessible bathrooms for our clients. We specialize in removing existing bathtubs / showers and replacing them with accessible low or zero threshold showers, we also serve our homeowners with the rest of their bathroom remodeling needs, including LVP / tile flooring, ADA fixtures, shower seats, vanities, comfort height toilets and grab bars throughout.What we offer:

Attend in-home consultations with the Project Coordinator, measure and sketch project to scale for bidding purposes, assist Project Coordinator with construction related questions if needed Complete remodeling tasks from demo to install. Install bath products in customers' homes in accordance with AB installation policy and manufactures install instructions to maintain warranties. Prep, remove, dispose, and clean up job sites daily. Show up to consultations, installs and loading warehouse on time, and conduct yourself appropriate and respectful manner with homeowners, coworkers, supervisors etc. Resolve customer and job issues as possible if they arise, and communicate with installation management, office workers and sales staff in a professional manner. Provide over and above customer service to every homeowner, be respectful of their property and wishes and follow all directives of installation management. Attend approx. 2 home shows a year locallyQualifications:
Previous experience in residential remodeling, especially bathroom remodeling is highly recommended. Journeyman/apprentice plumbers are encouraged to apply. Ability to build rapport with homeowners and remain professional and courteous throughout the install process. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, teachable, and coachable attitude Punctual and reliable Long term desire to build and grow within an expanding companyJob Type:
