Rapid Bath Remodel About the Position Rapid Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Lead Installer to join our growing team in the Seattle area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through completion. This includes installing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, fixtures, and other bathroom components. You will also represent Rapid Bath Remodel in homeowners' homes, making professionalism, communication, and attention to detail essential. Experience with acrylic wall systems is highly desirable. Responsibilities Lead bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through completion. Install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures. Perform demolition and prepare work areas for new installations. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Document all steps of the installation process from start to finish. Provide regular photographic updates to our internal support staff. Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards. Identify and address installation issues to ensure a quality finished product. Qualifications Previous bathroom remodeling or construction experience required. Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic systems required. Lead installation experience preferred. Must have your own hand tools and power tools. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel to and from residential worksites throughout the Seattle area and surrounding areas. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments. Must be willing to participate in a background check.
