This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive quality strategy that spans customer-facing applications, CRM platforms, integrations, data pipelines, reporting solutions, and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on quality leader who can build scalable test automation frameworks, improve release confidence, and champion a proactive approach to identifying and preventing business-impacting issues. A key responsibility will be supporting and evolving our Watch Tower quality and monitoring program, which focuses on detecting data quality issues, integration failures, process breakdowns, and operational anomalies before they impact customers, employees, or business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Engineering, QA, Business Stakeholders, and Operations teams to drive a culture of quality across the organization. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to reduce production defects and business-impacting incidents, increase automated test coverage across critical business processes, and improve overall release quality and deployment confidence. The individual will be expected to enhance visibility into data quality, system health, and integration performance through Watch Tower monitoring, enabling faster identification and resolution of issues. Ultimately, success will be reflected in greater stakeholder confidence in the accuracy of data, reliability of reporting, and stability of enterprise platforms and business systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall quality strategy across BTE products, platforms, integrations, and data solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, integrations, and data validation processes.
  • Lead automation efforts for functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Establish quality standards, testing best practices, and governance processes across delivery teams.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop automated validation frameworks for data quality, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead quality initiatives associated with the Watch Tower monitoring program, including: ○ Data quality monitoring ○ Integration health monitoring ○ Business process validation ○ Exception detection and alerting ○ Trend analysis and root cause identification
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to validate data pipelines, transformations, and reporting outputs.
  • Identify quality risks early and implement mitigation strategies before production releases.
  • Analyze incidents and production issues to drive continuous improvement and preventative controls.
  • Integrate testing and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to measure product quality, release readiness, defect trends, and system health.
  • Mentor team members and help establish a quality-first culture across the organization.
