We specialize in high-quality epoxy floor coatings and other protective concrete coating systems for both residential and commercial projects. This is hands-on construction work—not a desk job. The work is physically demanding, sometimes requires long hours, and calls for attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities:
Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, cleaning, repairing, and profiling Apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other specialty concrete coating systems Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work with the crew to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous concrete coating experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person General construction experience preferred Painting or flooring experience is a bonus Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, self-motivated, and interested in growing with the company
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Clean driving record REAL ID (required for work-related air travel) Reliable transportation Ability to travel when needed Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Construction sites can be fast-paced and demanding. We're looking for someone who can take direction, communicate professionally, stay focused under pressure, and work well with the team. After 60 days you will be sent to manufacture training out of state for 3 days.
