We are currently seeking reliable and self-motivated Carpet Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Port Angeles, Sequim, and Port Townsend. While previous experience is not required, we are looking for an individual that is a fast-learner, has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to develop excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive autonomously and in a team environment. ______________________________________________________________________

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality carpet cleanings for Oxi Fresh customers
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Educate customers on the advantages of Oxi Fresh services
• Clean and maintain Oxi Fresh equipment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Promote additional services and products to customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
• Complete online and on-the-job training in first two weeks ______________________________________________________________________

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• 21+ years of age
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Eagerness to learn
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to speak clearly, write legibly, and keep orderly records
• Must have dependable transportation
• Smartphone and internet access that is able to use the Oxi Fresh App
• Must be willing to travel from Sequim to Port Townsend or from Sequim to Port Angeles as needed.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of carpet cleaning, including lifting cleaning equipment (up to 50 Lbs), standing for long periods, bending and kneeling, etc.
