Flooring Installer / Flooring Helper We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Flooring Installer or Helper to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required for the right person who is willing to learn.

Pay:

$17-$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Pay by the job may also be available. Employee or 1099 independent-contractor opportunities may be considered depending on the position and working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Install LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors Complete basic floor patching and leveling Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials Install trim, transitions, and stair components Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Keep jobsites clean and professional Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Communicate respectfully with customers and other crew members

Qualifications:

Flooring or construction experience is preferred Entry-level applicants are welcome if dependable and willing to learn Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a crew Experienced installers should be able to complete projects with limited supervision
