Overview Grayham PM (GPM) is a growing property management company based out of Eau Claire seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Specialist to join our turnover team. Our rental properties consist of roughly 750 units from apartment complexes to single family homes, spread across a 1 hour perimeter of the Eau Claire region. In this role, you will be responsible for the demolition and installation of flooring of various materials including carpet, glue-down plank, peel and stick vinyl and click lock vinyl. Your expertise will help transform our residential rental units with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities Work with Turnover Coordinator to measure and determine flooring needs for approximately 20-50 unit turnovers per month. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying primers or underlayment to ensure optimal adhesion of flooring materials. Install a variety of flooring types including carpet, glue-down plank, peel and stick vinyl and click lock vinyl with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials according to specifications. Execute installation with adherence to safety protocols and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment. Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, trim carpentry, and performing caulking or sealing as needed. Experience Hands-on experience with epoxy floor installation, carpet laying, hardwood flooring, tile setting, vinyl floor installation, and floor refinishing techniques. Experience in restoration industry tasks such as water damage repair and floor care maintenance is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Prior handyman or remodeling experience is a plus. Pay:
