The Closet Company is proud to serve Northeast Wisconsin with custom storage designs. Our business is looking to expand and increase our portfolio and seeking new members to help install custom closets, pantries, garage cabinets, and other storage spaces. All our systems are designed and manufactured right here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. What is the position's responsibility? In this position you will be responsible for: Installing shelving units, cabinetry, and other casework into customer or builder home Unloading/loading shelving components from work van into the customer's home Reading specs and blueprints Troubleshooting issues on-site and working with our team to resolve them Communicate with designers and other production staff to ensure job site accuracy and efficiency Pick-up and clean work area after completion • During slow times or days with no installation on our calendar, you may be expected to help our shop staff What would a successful candidate look like? Previous work experience in building and installing cabinets. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately Experience in counter top installation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet most of the day Must have a valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be personable and communicate with customers effectively
