The team is known for quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and long-term stability. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Floor & Tile Installer to join a growing team. This role involves installing a variety of flooring and tile materials in residential remodeling projects, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. Key Responsibilities Install tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials Measure, cut, and properly fit materials to project specifications Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives Layout tile patterns and ensure proper alignment Grout, seal, and finish tile installations Remove old flooring and dispose of materials properly Maintain a clean and safe job site Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers as needed Qualifications Previous experience in flooring and/or tile installation required Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read measurements and work from project plans Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation to job sites in the Huntington area Dependable with a strong work ethic Who is Manpower?
