Bathroom Remodel Installer Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dependable Bathroom Installers to join our growing remodeling team. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong installation experience, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Installers should be comfortable working independently or alongside a team in residential environments while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the duration of each project.

Trial Period:

All Bathroom Installers begin under a 540-hour trial period. Upon completion of the trial period, both parties will review overall performance, workmanship quality, communication, reliability, efficiency, and future opportunities.

Future compensation structures, responsibilities, and long-term working relationships may be discussed and adjusted based on performance and mutual agreement.

Compensation Structure:

This is a subcontractor (1099) position after 540 hours with compensation paid per completed project rather than hourly. Installers completing a standard 1-2 day tub-to-walk-in-shower conversion may typically earn between: $900 - $1,300 per project Compensation may vary depending on: Experience Efficiency Work quality Scope of work Customer satisfaction Ability to complete projects independently Additional compensation opportunities ("spiffs") may be available for: Flooring installation Drywall work Vanity or toilet resets Tile removal Minor plumbing or electrical adjustments Finish carpentry Additional repair or remodeling work

Vehicle & Transportation Requirements:

Installer must have reliable transportation capable of safely transporting materials from the warehouse facility to project locations.

Pickup Truck Two-Door Cargo Van Trailer Box Truck Requirements & Tools:

Installer must provide the majority of tools and equipment necessary to complete projects, including but not limited to: Impact Driver Sawzall Rotary Hammer Standard hand tools Additional tools may be required depending on project scope

Qualifications:

Previous bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience preferred Ability to demo and install showers, tubs, surrounds, fixtures, and related materials Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to read measurements and follow installation specifications Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable

Per-Diem Policy:

For projects located more than 2 hours and 45 minutes from the installer's residence requiring overnight travel, a $125 per-diem allowance will be provided to assist with hotel and meal expenses.

Work Expectations:

Maintain clean and organized job sites Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled installations Communicate professionally with customers and project management Complete work according to company standards and project timelines Follow all safety procedures and maintain professionalism on-site Responsibilities Perform bathroom demolition and preparation work Install and repair plumbing systems with strong knowledge of drain work Complete carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and fixture installation Install flooring, tile, vanities, drywall, and other bathroom finishes Maintain clean and safe job sites throughout projects Tub to Bath Conversions Troubleshoot remodeling and installation issues as they arise Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards Requirements Experience in bathroom remodeling and residential construction Strong plumbing knowledge, especially drains and bathroom plumbing systems Experience with demolition, carpentry, flooring, and general remodeling work Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation & Schedule Pay:
