Responsibilities Monitor the behavior, mental health, and medical needs of clients. Documenting/maintaining medication and medical treatment. Taking vitals and dispensing medication. Completing medical screenings/evaluations and conducting medical history. Supporting therapy and other medical staff. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
