$18.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Davis Kitchen & Tile has been the premier kitchen and bath design firm in the Morgantown area since 1911. We specialize in creating high-end custom spaces, using only the finest cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and materials. To ensure top-tier results, our team of seasoned in-house professionals handles every project with precision and care. We are currently seeking a skilled Installer to join our growing team. This role is crucial to the success of our projects, focusing on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Installer will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for hands-on work in various aspects of remodeling and installation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Demolition and site preparation Tile installation (flooring, backsplashes, shower surrounds, etc.) Cabinetry installation (custom and semi-custom cabinets) Subfloor preparation and installation Waterproofing for wet areas (e.g., showers, bathrooms) Rough and finish carpentry, including trim work and molding installation Rough-in and install electrical components Rough-in and install plumbing fixtures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Extensive knowledge of construction practices and techniques Experience with cabinetry installation, tile work, and finish carpentry Knowledge of subfloor preparation and waterproofing methods Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor Ethical, self-motivated, and ambitious Why Work With Us?
