About the project Sentri Homes is hiring an experienced residential contractor/crew for an upcoming home-improvement job. This is a single-project contract with the opportunity for additional projects based on performance. Responsibilities Review scope of work and confirm job plan before start Coordinate site start date and sequencing with our project coordinator Complete high-quality installation/repair work to code and company standards Communicate progress updates, schedule changes, and material needs Participate in quality check (QC) walkthrough and resolve punch-list items if needed Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Requirements Proven residential construction/remodel experience (trade-specific experience preferred) Ability to provide your own tools and transportation Reliable communication (phone/email) Ability to follow a schedule and meet agreed deadlines Licensed/insured preferred (or ability to meet local requirements) Nice to have Ability to handle materials pickup/coordination and provide receipts as needed Photo documentation of work (before/during/after) for project records
