This role involves leading installation projects, taking ownership of jobs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is a skilled glass installer ready to lead a truck immediately and contribute to the company's growth. This position requires a strong background in glass installation, problem-solving in the field, and leadership on job sites. Duties Lead installation projects for residential and small commercial glass jobs, including frameless shower glass, reglazing, and glass replacement. Measure accurately on-site and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper fit and finish. Take ownership of each job from start to finish, managing time, resources, and team members effectively. Lead a truck crew, providing guidance and supervision to ensure safety standards and quality work. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in glass installation, specifically with frameless shower glass, residential reglazes, glass replacement, and small commercial storefronts. Strong measuring skills and ability to solve problems in the field efficiently. Leadership experience or capability to lead a truck crew effectively. Ability to take ownership of jobs and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Knowledge of safety standards related to glass installation work.
