Shop:
Picture Perfect Detailing is a luxury automotive protection studio specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and premium window tint for high-end vehicles. We work primarily with luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles in the Scottsdale and North Phoenix market. We are looking for a high-level PPF installer who takes pride in precision work and wants to be paid based on performance. This is not an entry-level position . Applicants must already have real installation experience.
Compensation:
This position pays 30% of total PPF job revenue .
Typical pay examples:
Full Front PPF ($2,400 job) → $720 paid to installer Partial Front ($1,400 job) → $420 paid to installer Full Vehicle ($7,000 job) → $2,100 paid to installer Top installers can realistically earn $1,500•$3,500+ per week depending on speed and production.
Bonus Pay Opportunities:
Additional pay available for technicians with multiple skill sets: Window Tint experience Ceramic coating installation Paint correction / polishing Vinyl wrap experience Experience with plotters (XPEL DAP, Core, Suntek, etc.) Technicians capable of performing multiple services will receive priority scheduling and higher production volume. Responsibilities Install paint protection film on luxury and exotic vehicles Perform full front, partial front, and full vehicle PPF installs Use pre-cut patterns and bulk techniques when needed Maintain extremely high install quality (no contamination, lifting, or silvering) Prep vehicles properly before installation Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate with team members to maintain production efficiency Minimum Requirements 2+ years professional PPF installation experience Ability to install full front PPF packages independently Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain production speed while delivering high-quality installs Valid driver's license Preferred Experience Window tint installation Ceramic coating installation Paint correction / polishing Experience using PPF plotters and cutting software Experience with brands like XPEL, STEK, Suntek, or similar films Work Environment Professional high-end shop environment Consistent workflow and scheduling Focus on quality over quantity Luxury and performance vehicles Application Process Qualified applicants may be asked to: Provide photos of previous PPF installations Demonstrate installation ability during a working interview Complete a test panel install if necessary Only experienced installers should apply.
