Window Tint Installer Picture Perfect Detailing Phoenix, AZ Job Details Part-time $150 - $450 a day 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Maintaining an organized workspace Contamination control Window tinting Clean workspace maintenance Liability insurance Full Job Description We are a high-end automotive service shop specializing in premium vehicles. We're looking for a skilled, experienced window tint installer to handle scheduled tint jobs as they come in. This is not an entry-level role — we are only seeking installers who already know how to tint cleanly, efficiently, and professionally. You will be contacted when tint jobs are booked, confirm availability, and come into the shop to complete the install using our film, tools, and facilities . Responsibilities Perform professional window tint installations on a variety of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, trucks, luxury vehicles) Deliver clean, contamination-free installs (no creases, fingers, debris, or light gaps) Complete jobs within a reasonable professional timeframe Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Communicate clearly regarding job completion and any issues Treat customer vehicles with extreme care and professionalism Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Proven window tint experience (automotive only) Comfortable tinting all vehicle sizes , including large SUVs and trucks Strong understanding of: Shrinking techniques Edge finishing Clean installs on frameless and complex windows Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with no supervision Professional attitude and respect for shop equipment and vehicles Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor Must carry your own general liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it) What We Provide All tint film and consumables Fully equipped shop and workspace Consistent work flow as jobs are booked Simple scheduling — we call you, you confirm availability No customer communication required unless necessary No material costs or overhead on your end Compensation Structure 35% of total tint price, paid per completed job Same rate regardless of vehicle size No upsells, no material costs, no expenses deducted Ideal Candidate Experienced installer looking for flexible, no-stress work Wants consistent pay without dealing with customers, sales, or materials Values clean work and professional standards Comfortable being "on-call" based on availability
