We are looking for a Lead Installer who has 2-5 years of experience installing Retrofit Windows and Doors to come join our team.

You will lead in install windows and doors in residential homes. We expect you to be able to drive tools and materials to and from worksites, so you should have a valid driver's license.

Window, Door Installer Duties and Responsibilities:

Install or replace windows and doors in residential areas Maintain a clean working environment Perform lifing tasks Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete installations efficiently Perform other duties as assigned

Work Experience:

Retrofit Window & Door Installer (2-5 years of experience required) Valid driver's license Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns) Physical stamina and manual dexterity Bilingual communication skills preferred This is a full-time role with a work schedule of Mon-Fri We offer benefits along with PTO and paid holidays.

Physical demands:

Ability to stand for long periods of time Walk and stand on uneven surfaces Lift and carry at least 70 pounds Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
