Job Description
Why Join Lifetime Home Remodeling? Make your mark in the remodeling industry by joining Lifetime Home Remodeling as a key subcontractor installer for Infinity from Marvin windows in the IE, OC and LA area. You'll work with a trusted national brand and high‑quality materials, do hands‑on installation work, control your schedule (within project scopes), and earn based on performance. As a subcontractor installer for Lifetime, you partner in delivering premium service while maintaining your professional independence.
What You'll Do:
Install Infinity from Marvin premium windows and related products at residential sites in the Prescott/Northern AZ region. Receive project‑specific scopes of work from Lifetime and manage all installation tasks to meet specifications, quality standards, and job timelines. Coordinate with Lifetime's project managers and scheduling teams to confirm site readiness and installation logistics. Use your own tools, vehicle, and production methods — operating as an independent business entity while delivering high‑quality work for Lifetime clients. Maintain accurate records of your installations (job arrival time, materials used, job close‑out documentation) and submit required documentation to Lifetime for lead‑time and quality tracking. Comply with local codes, manufacturer specifications (Infinity from Marvin), and Lifetime's job‑site quality standards. Communicate with Lifetime's operations team when issues or material discrepancies arise, recommending solutions proactively. Manage your own license(s), insurance, business registration and tax obligations. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with professional conduct, cleanliness, and neat worksites. What You Need:
A valid and active subcontractor license or installer credential appropriate for window installation in Arizona (or ability to obtain). Proven experience in residential window installation (preferably premium window systems). Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Prescott region and neighboring areas. Your own tools and equipment; ability to handle physical work including lifting window units, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Business entity or independent contractor setup, with proof of insurance and responsibility for your own taxes, workers' comp or equivalent coverage if required by law. Professional communication skills and strong customer service attitude. Ability to work independently, manage job tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality workmanship.Important Subcontractor Classification Note:
This is an independent subcontractor opportunity with Lifetime Home Remodeling, not an employee position. This role is structured to comply with California law, including California Assembly Bill 5. As a subcontractor, you operate as your own business. You control your schedule and how the work is completed, while meeting agreed-upon project scope and quality standards. Pay is provided on a per-project or per-installation basis (not hourly or salary). Subcontractors are responsible for their own taxes, licensing, insurance, and business requirements, including guidelines from the California Contractors State License Board. Most Installers at Lifetime will earn between $100,000 and $150,000 per year.Join Us:
