In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing window tinting, vehicle wraps, and paint protection films (PPF) to enhance vehicle aesthetics and protect surfaces. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations, contributing to our reputation for quality craftsmanship and outstanding service. Responsibilities Precisely measure, cut, and install window tint films to ensure a seamless fit and optimal appearance. Apply vehicle wraps with attention to detail, ensuring proper surface preparation, masking, and adhesion for a flawless finish. Install paint protection films (PPF) to safeguard vehicle surfaces against chips, scratches, and environmental damage. Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion of films and coatings. Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, spray guns, and airless paint sprayers for surface preparation, painting, buffing, and finishing tasks. Perform auto body refinishing tasks including buffing, auto painting, and detailing to achieve high-quality results. Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process and after completion to maintain standards of excellence. Requirements Previous dealership experience or automotive customization background is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for surface prep and installation. Knowledge of automotive buffing, auto body repair, auto restoration, and surface preparation techniques. Familiarity with welding is a plus; ability to handle heavy lifting safely is required. Experience with auto glass installation or repair is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of automotive paints, coatings, spray guns, sanders, grinders, respirator use for respiratory protection and surface masking techniques.
