Duties Carefully measure and cut tinting films using manual glass cutting tools to fit each vehicle's windows accurately. Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces thoroughly to ensure perfect adhesion of tinting films. Install window tinting films on various automotive windows, ensuring smooth application without bubbles or imperfections. Operate power tools safely during the installation process, including trimming, cutting, and fitting glass components. Handle glass materials with care during removal, replacement, or repair procedures involving automotive glass or auto body components. Assist with auto glass replacement and repair tasks, including fitting new glass and ensuring proper sealing and alignment. Maintain company vehicles by performing routine vehicle maintenance checks and repairs as needed to support daily operations. Follow safety protocols related to power tool use, heavy lifting, and glass handling to ensure a secure work environment. Provide excellent customer service by explaining tinting options, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the finished product. Experience Proven dealership experience or background working with automotive glass installation or auto body repair highly preferred. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration procedures is a plus. Skilled in manual glass cutting, auto glass handling, and automotive glass repair techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, and assembly processes is advantageous. Experience operating company vehicles and understanding vehicle maintenance routines is beneficial.
