Window Installer Crew Taskwerx LLC Redding, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $500 - $5,000 a day 2 hours ago Qualifications Door installation in residential renovation Construction regulatory compliance Residential construction Driver's License Glass installation Building code analysis Manual handling Clean workspace maintenance Window installation Full Job Description Experienced Window Installation Crew Overview We're seeking experienced residential replacement window installation crews to join our growing Northern California operation. Our crews perform high-quality retrofit and new construction window installations throughout Northern California, with work extending from approximately 50 miles north of Sacramento to the Oregon border. We're building local crews to reduce travel, improve efficiency, and create long-term partnerships with installers who take pride in quality workmanship.
Our goal is simple:
we handle the project management so you can focus on installing windows. What We Provide Consistent year-round work Dedicated Project Manager Complete job packets Accurate measure packages AOF paperwork Labor Packet (LP) documentation Material coordination Scheduling Change order support Warranty administration Closeout documentation Demo/disposal documentation Direct communication throughout each project Responsibilities Install residential replacement windows and patio doors Perform retrofit, block frame, pocket, and nail-fin installations as required Verify field conditions prior to installation Install flashing, sealants, insulation, and trim per manufacturer specifications Ensure windows operate correctly and meet quality standards Photograph completed work Complete required installation paperwork Maintain clean, professional jobsites Communicate field issues promptly with the Project Manager Qualifications Previous residential window installation experience required Own installation tools Reliable transportation Valid driver's license General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift 100+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding Strong understanding of: Retrofit installations Nail-fin installations Flashing systems Waterproofing Tempered glass requirements Egress requirements Building code compliance Ideal Crews We're especially interested in crews with experience installing products from manufacturers such as: Alside Milgard Anlin Andersen Pella Simonton Ply Gem Marvin
