Job Description
Automotive Window Tint InstallerJob Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our growing automotive restyling team. In this role, you will professionally install premium automotive window films while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, precise installations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Professionally install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Prepare vehicle windows by thoroughly cleaning all glass surfaces and removing contaminants or existing film as needed Accurately measure, cut, and apply window film using hand-cut methods and/or plotter-cut patterns Ensure every installation is free of bubbles, creases, contamination, and other imperfections Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Safely operate hand tools and installation equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with general shop operations when needed Qualifications Previous automotive window tint installation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Experience using hand tools and window tint installation equipment Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting deadlines Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Experience with ceramic window films is a plus Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF), vinyl wraps, or ceramic coatings is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses Paid training and career advancement opportunities Consistent, year-round work Modern, well-equipped shop Supportive team environment Employee discounts on shop services If you take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
