Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Window Treatments Install Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and custom treatments, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in construction and installation techniques will help transform spaces and enhance our clients' homes and businesses. Duties Measure window openings precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure perfect fitment of window treatments. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to follow detailed installation specifications. Install various window coverings using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to complete remodeling projects involving window treatments. Use ladder safety techniques to access high or hard-to-reach areas during installations. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify proper operation, alignment, and finish. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in building material installation, carpentry, or remodeling projects. Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment. Experience with tile masonry, plastering, caulking, gutter installation, or fixture installation is highly desirable. Knowledge of Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus for reviewing plans electronically. Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolding while maintaining strict safety standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Construction site experience including plumbing, electrical work, or general inspection is advantageous but not required.
