PPF + Window Tint Installer Autoskinz Valencia, CA Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $150,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Sanitation English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Window tinting Time management Full Job Description Autoskinz is looking for an experienced, high-level installer who is skilled in both Paint Protection Film (PPF) and automotive window tint . This is a production-based position for someone who can work independently, maintain a high standard of quality, and consistently complete professional installations across a wide variety of vehicles. We already have the workload and customer demand. We are looking for the right installer to help us handle it. What You'll Do Install Paint Protection Film on partial, front-end, and full-vehicle applications Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles Complete installations independently with minimal supervision Perform pre-installation and post-installation vehicle inspections Use cutting software, patterns, and plotters Adjust or troubleshoot patterns when needed Document jobs using our CRM and workflow software Capture completion photos when required Maintain a clean and organized installation area Take ownership of installation quality from start to finish What We're Looking For Strong professional experience installing PPF Strong professional experience installing automotive window tint Ability to complete both types of work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to maintain production speed without sacrificing quality Experience with pattern software and plotters Reliable attendance and professional communication Comfortable using digital workflow and documentation tools Valid driver's license required Compensation This is a commission-based, production-focused position designed to reward skill, efficiency, quality, and consistency. Experienced installers who can maintain strong production have the opportunity to earn $100,000-$150,000+ annually . Compensation is paid weekly . Employee compensation will be adjusted when necessary to meet applicable minimum-pay requirements. Established Workload This is not a position where you will be waiting for us to find customers. Autoskinz already has established demand for window tint and Paint Protection Film. We are looking for an experienced installer who can step into an active production environment and help us complete the work already coming through the shop. Freelance Installers Welcome Experienced independent or freelance PPF and window tint installers are also encouraged to apply for available project-based or supplemental installation opportunities.
