Job Description
Overview Our team is looking for a new Window Covering Repair Technician. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing a variety of window coverings, and ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and safety. Generally this position requires use of hand tools and some basic power tools, it also requires the need to lift objects weighing in the 20-50lbs range. Duties Inspect and diagnose issues with various window coverings, including blinds, shades, and shutters Repair or replace damaged components such as cords, slats, mechanisms, and fabric materials Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, modify, and reassemble window treatment units accurately Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fitment Communicate effectively with coworkers and at times customers about the repairs that are needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area
