In this role, you'll be responsible for improving and protecting vehicles through precise film installation and high-quality detailing work. You'll be working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where attention to detail and consistency matter. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple areas, including PPF, tint, detailing, and overall vehicle care. Duties Professionally install PPF and window tinting on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring flawless application and adherence to manufacturer specifications Prepare vehicles by cleaning, masking, and surface prepping to ensure optimal film adhesion and finish quality Use hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing equipment, and auto glass tools to complete installations with precision Conduct detailed vehicle inspections before and after installation to identify existing damages or issues requiring repair or touch-up Assist with auto detailing tasks such as polishing, buffing, interior/exterior detailing, ceramic coatings Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Window tint installation (basic to intermediate) Paint protection film (PPF) installation (basic experience acceptable) Automotive detailing (interior & exterior) Strong attention to detail and quality control Good time management and efficiency Customer service and communication skills Ability to represent the company professionally with clients Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Join our team if you're passionate about the automotive industry and take pride in high-quality work.
