Job description: Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive window tint installation with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Prior experience using plotters and hand cutting film. The role involves preparing the vehicle, cutting the film, installing window tint, cleaning and preparing for hand over to the customer. This role has the opportunity to grow and work with the center manager and owner to help build this growing business. Turbo Tint Aurora is a fast-growing automotive tint shop specializing in high-quality window tint installation. We are the first of three planned locations in the Denver market, with strong growth plans and increasing demand. We focus on quality, speed, and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a skilled installer to join our team and grow with us. Responsibilities Prepare the windows, cut the film using plotter Expertly install automotive window tint film on all types of vehicles Ensure a clean, precise, and professional installation without supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment Coordinate with the center manager for scheduling and workflow Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Turbo Tint standard of quality Qualifications Skilled in the use of film plotter, ideally graphtec. Skilled in film handling, cutting, shrinking, and installation techniques Flat Glass Experience would be a help and would increase potential hours Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable and punctual - this is an as-needed position, and dependability is key
