This role is suited for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. Our reputation has been built on quality, and maintaining that standard is non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality automotive window tint installations with consistency and attention to detail Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality Maintain clean workspaces, tools, and vehicles at all times Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards before delivery Communicate professionally with team members and management Uphold shop processes, quality control standards, and safety procedures Requirements Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience installing automotive window tint Strong understanding of film handling, shrinking, and installation techniques Ability to produce clean, repeatable results on a wide range of vehicles High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to perform under pressure in a high-output shop Work Environment & Expectations You will be working in the busiest and most highly reviewed shop in Colorado Springs.
