Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential Window Installer, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing homes through expert window and glass installation. This energetic position involves working directly on residential construction sites to install, replace, and upgrade windows, glass panels, and related fixtures. Your craftsmanship will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Measure window openings and surrounding structures accurately to ensure proper fit and function. Adhere to company's procedures for all installation standards. Assess defects in materials prior to installation. Coordinate with other service trades to complete window project ( interior trim, painting, blinds removal....etc. Perform quality control checks by verifying dimensional measurements and ensuring proper alignment and sealing. Assist with remodeling projects involving cabinet installation, door hanging, fixture setup, and construction painting as needed. Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on window installation or related trades such as carpentry or drywall finishing. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, drills) and power tools safely and efficiently. Knowledge of glass materials handling, fabrication techniques, and glass installation best practices. Experience with construction estimating is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during all phases of installation.
