Our projects are always changing, so no two days look exactly the same. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Tint, Clear Bra & Vinyl Installer . This is a full-time, long-term position for someone interested in learning and developing skills in window tint, clear bra/PPF, and vinyl installation . Previous professional installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person . The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, learns quickly, works efficiently, and has a strong eye for detail. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and stay with us for the long haul , not simply someone looking for a short-term job. Key Responsibilities Clean and properly prep vehicles before installation Learn and perform professional window tint installations Learn and perform clear bra/PPF installations Learn and perform vinyl wrap and graphic installations Follow project specifications and installation procedures Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Maintain high attention to detail and precision in all work Identify and address potential installation issues before they become problems Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Properly care for customer vehicles and shop equipment Uphold the quality, reputation, and standards of Elements Media Continue learning new installation techniques, products, and processes What We're Looking For Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for precision and quality Eager to learn window tint, vinyl, and clear bra/PPF installation Quick learner who is willing to take direction and apply feedback Able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality Dependable, motivated, and hardworking Takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to do things correctly Able to organize tasks, prioritize work, and manage time effectively Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Willing to learn and grow alongside coworkers Professional appearance and demeanor, as you may interact with customers Basic computer literacy Reliable transportation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional installation experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
