Job Description
The Rust Doctor is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Window Tint, PPF, and Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career. We offer a 35% commission pay structure with the potential to earn $80,000+ per year. For the right person who has leadership experience or wants to help build and lead a team, we can also discuss an hourly wage plus commission compensation package. We're building something special and want people who are motivated, dependable, and want to grow with the company.
